Shipping policy
It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.Â
All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â

Estimated delivery time with 14 Business Days. Â Shipping will be dependent on weight. Australia only.
Around AustraliaÂ
- 0 - 500g = $10Â
- 501g - 2.49Kg = $15
- 2.5Kg - 4.99Kg = $20
- 5Kg - 10Kg = $25
Please contact us for anything above 10kg as we will provide a custom shipping quote.Â
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.Â
Deliveries are made by Australia Post. You will be notified via text or email message (if registered) when your order has arrived. Â
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.Â
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on 03 544 88 227 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.Â
